Shipping is estimated at 10% of the order total.

Payment is due 30 days from receipt of invoice. Oustanding POs will be charged 5% interest per month overdue.

Shipping: Storybook and Teacher Guide orders will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service for tracking purposes, if this is a problem, please let us know by calling 617-589-0230.

Tax Exemption: If your Massachusetts institution has an ST2 tax exemption number, fill in your tax exemption number in the field provided in the shipping section of the order form. Please be sure to include tax exemption numbers on Purchase Orders. Once verified, the tax will be removed from your total charge. This will not appear on your copy of the order confirmation.

Return Policy: Product in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
